I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor, a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) and Founder of Uplift Therapeutic Counselling.

My approach is integrative and relational. This means my work with clients centers on the professional working relationship we develop, and that I incorporate several modes and theories of counselling into the work. Every client is different, and so I tailor my approach based on what the client needs.

I aim to bring a sense of warmth and deep compassion to every session, so no matter what difficult feelings or situation you are facing, I will be there with you accepting you as a fellow human being looking for support. I am a human being, who has faced challenges just like everyone else. I draw upon my own experiences to provide a deep sense of empathy to my clients.

I have experience working with young people, delivering short-term counselling as well as providing open-ended counselling to clients of all ages and from a variety of different backgrounds facing various mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, eating disorders and more, as well as many different presenting problems.
